National Club Golfer have teamed up with Bridgestone to offer 8 lucky readers the chance to win 2 tickets to this years British Masters. Bridgestone are delighted to be a partner of this years British Masters hosted at The Grove on the 13th – 16th October.
Founded in 1946, the British Masters was held every year up to 2008, except for 1984, and was played at many prestigious golf courses around the United Kingdom. The tournament experienced a hiatus between 2009 and 2014, but returned to the European Tour’s schedule in 2015, where it was hosted by Ian Poulter at Woburn from 8 to 11 October.
The event saw young Englishman Matt Fitzpatrick claim his maiden professional title. Former World Number One Luke Donald will be this years tournament ambassador and has chosen The Grove to host the 2016 British Masters supported by Sky Sports.
The Grove, set in 300 acres of Hertfordshire countryside only 18 miles from central London, houses a luxury five-star hotel, golf course, spa, restaurants and extensive function space. Lovingly restored to stunning effect, the property fuses contemporary design and original period architecture with exceptionally caring and professional service.
